Which conspiracy theory do YOU believe in the assassination of JFK?
Q. I need to write a paper about a conspiracy theory. I google it but had sooo many results. I don't know which one to choose.

A. My favorite besides the man in police uniform supposeably behind the picket fense is the one about the gun in the sewer street side from the same direction as the picket fence who supposeable shot kennedy out the storm drain then depending on which rumor you believe either sat there watching the chaos & investigation for hours until everyone had gone before he left, or he fled using the storm drain. I watch a history change special "the men who killed kennedy" which tried to address all these stories you might want to look into that it should be rentable somewhere I'm sure. Its been on a bunch & always find myself watching it even though i've seen it. Some of the theorys are so far out there its hard to not laugh at people actually… [cont.]

How is it a conspiracy theory that the rockefellers were big money givers to feminism, or, ghosh, crazy talk.?
Q. I mean it isnt even a secret, 90% of organizations active in that direction or into gender and women studies cite the Rockefellers or the Rockefeller institution as a donor. Not to mention them supporting well known figures of feminism and funding its media coverage. Why do feminists refer to it as an conspiracy theory ? How would it even be a conspiracy ?

Have you noticed how some people go bananas over the phrase: Conspiracy theory?
Q. I would like to know if you have noticed people's reaction to hearing just the phrase "Conspiracy Theory"? Seems many will not even consider what is being said but shut down any critical thought on the subject, what are your views?

A. How do you hide a Elephant in a small room? You brainwash the people into not talking about of thinking about the animal standing there right in front of their eyes. The Sheeple will obediently obey as they have been taught to do from kindergarten. If you mention the sights, smells or noises, of this beast they will tell you that you are crazy because they have been taught that it can not be there as they walk through it's waste in ignorant bliss.

How does one prve a perfect conspiracy theory? Do we prove its origins only or do we need to prove it all?
Q. The theory on conspiracy theory is that it does not have an ending. Chaos Theory, Game Theory, Lost Theory. Where does it begin and where does it end? Does it grow out of intended proportions or are there definite limits?
Asked by Anka - Tue Feb 6 18:26:52 2007 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Begin with the actual event or the perceived actual event. The trick is to then play on the psychological fears inherent in the theory, possible government cover up for instance or a certain "culture" environment, look for ways to work in prejudice and stereotyping. You must keep as close to the actual facts as possible. If a conspiracy theory goes "too far" it will be dismissed as such. GBY

Can the fluoride and aspartame in our waters really make us dumb? Or is that just another conspiracy theory?
Q. So I've been reading a few conspiracies and whatnot about fluoride and aspartame and one is that it lowers our IQ? How would that even be possible? Is their anything that even suggests this? I highly doubt it because it seems like just another stupid conspiracy theory. I just wanna know what you guys think.
Asked by yaffit n - Thu Mar 5 22:30:26 2009 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. I've never read anything about it affecting a persons IQ though it isn't healthy to ingest. I have a reaction to fluoride, and many people do, and it is has caused a lot of people to have weaker stomach linings and experience more headaches. It is healthier to drink water that has purified the fluoride and aspartame out, and that's why there is a movement to stop adding it into the water. Still, if we stopped using it cavity rates would go up ^_^

What if the September 11th conspiracy theory was true?
Q. I don't believe that 911 were a "false flag", and this is simply a hypothetical question. What if it was found out that the 911 conspiracy theories were in fact true? What if the attack was actually planned out to get us into Iraq for oil? What do you think would happen if this became public and was shown as completely true? Would there be a revolution and uprising to overthrow the government or something else? How would you take it and view the government from then on? Also, remember this is just a curious "What If" question?

If you criticize a conspiracy theory, do you become part of the conspiracy"?
Q. Any inconvenient facts are irrelevant. People who believe in a conspiracy theory "develop a selective perception; their mind refuses to accept contrary evidence. "There's no amount of evidence or data that will change somebody's mind. "The more data you present a person, the more they doubt it ... Once you're committed, especially behaviorally committed or financially committed, the more impossible it becomes to change your mind."
Asked by Samirah - Sat Dec 6 00:33:26 2008 - - 6 Answers - 1 Comments

A. This is semantics. While there is no amount of data that can change one's opinion on a "conspiracy theory".. there's also no amount of relevance that can change their mind. That's the tricky thing about theories. They don't have to be based on fact for it to be true to the beholder of the opinion. It may not make a lot of sense to us, but it does to them. While it is important to them, I don't believe they become part of it. Unless they are obsessed with it.. like oh, say... Michael Moore. Flika - I think that is a sign that you are open to change. You are willing to see things from both points of view. The glass is neither half-empty, nor half-full for you. That can be a good thing!

Why does every major news story have a conspiracy theory?
Q. It seems that the Twin Towers being crashed into by aeroplanes isn't interesting enough in itself; so now a conspiracy theory has to be created to make the whole story more fascinating. Turn it into a TV documentary and everyone will want to watch it (this = lots of $). Surely all these conspiracy theories are exagerated/ bending the truth, just to create a more interesting news story that for some reason we are inclined to believe?

Which is more reliable in the JFK assassination, the conspiracy or lone gunman theory?
Q. I'm doing a paper on the JFK assassination, and I've talked about the lone gunman and conspiracy theories, but I don't really know which one is the most reliable and could prove what really happened on the day of the assassination. Please help! :) Thanks.
Asked by Emiii (: - Wed Feb 18 07:24:58 2009 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments

A. The lone nut theory is a non-starter. The conspiracy theory has many holes as well. But, consider this: Suppose that two separate plots happened to coincide. That's not as crazy as it seems. Several attempts were made or planned by different people on the occasion of the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand of Austria, which started World War 1. If you've visited the Dallas location (which I have) you'll see that this was the perfect location for an assassination because the huge Lincoln car had to slow down as it took the turn, and the route of the planned presidential motorcade had been known for days before the event.

Why do you believe the official conspiracy theory regarding 9/11?
Q. I have heard plenty of good, valid and scientific reasons why people don't believe the official conspiracy theory regarding 9/11 (the one about 12 crazy Muslims outsmarting the entire US air force). But I have yet to hear any good reasons as to why people support this theory. Have you actually read the 9/11 Commission Report, or are you just swallowing whatever your government feeds you without even looking into the facts? Which one do you belive more: Your government, or the laws of physics as established by Isaac Newton? Remember, no "pancake-theory" can explain a building (WTC 7) collapsing at free fall speed. So how do you justify your strong stance against the laws of gravity? And if the government told you the earth was flat,… [cont.]

A. The first response is the classic fire back of a wanna be debunker. People like that also believe in the theory that the government has given them. He can give you no more facts then he asks for himself so his response is null. I have read the 9/11 commissions report and it makes no mention of building 7 falling. The only study that does is the study released by NIST, which claims it doesn't know entirely if fire is what brought building 7 down. The fact that all 3 of those buildings in New York fell straight to the ground, and did not follow the path of least resistance, is reason enough for me to believe that something funny was going on that day. All 3 of those buildings had major damage on 1-2 sides but yet fell straight down. That… [cont.]

A. I dont subscribe to conspiracy theories. People like to believe in conspiracy theories for the same reason they like to believe in mysticisms like palm reading and psychics. It gives them a sense of higher purpose. To be intertwined and a victim of a massive conspiracy makes them feel important as though their life as more meaning that it apparently does to them otherwise. Just as believing in a higher power that they can tap into via mysticisms. It explains away their problems... its easy to give credit to perpetrators above the law or karma. It makes them feel that they can achieve power and control in some fashion, either by becoming a part of the conspiracy or by discovering an ability to control that "magic" Im not trying to… [cont.]
